Highlighting the natural beauty and a wide variety of amenities

From the minute you pass through the gates and drive across the dam, you are struck with the beautiful, private, and serene setting that Grandfather offers to members of all generations. YCP's video teams climbed Grandfather's summit to capture amazing angles of its sweeping vistas, while filming eye-catching drone flyovers of members putting for par.

Unique from other clubs in the area, Grandfather brings together a community of young and old(er) to experience life together on the golf course, boating, or with smores around one of the beach's fire pits. Not only did we highlight each of those amenities on a new website and in print and video form, we told the story of Grandfather through the eyes of the generations who enjoy it together.

Flexible & beautiful marketing materials

Creating a series of collateral materials that could be customized based upon the prospect you are talking with was a must for Grandfather. We created a stunning viewbook brochure with a pocket that allowed club staff to layer in additional inserts based upon the prospect's interests.

Bringing together amazing photography that was centered around the activities families enjoy, paired with testimonials of members, showcased a club that is known for its vibrant, family atmosphere. With two distinct golf courses, a lake, a beach club complete with its own pizza making kiln, Grandfather offers something for every member of the family.
